RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY


Thank you for your purchase and Happy Fishing!! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS


All returns must be postmarked with 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging.


RETURN PROCESS


To return an item, please email customer service at chinookpro1@chinookproducts.comto obtain authorization and any other information. Place item securely in its original packaging and drop off at location or mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS


After receiving you return and inspecting the condition of you item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of you item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.   We cannot be held responsible for damage to items resulting from improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practice. 


 

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS


If you receive a visibly damaged package, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt.  Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, please keep the original package and all packing materials and parts intact.  Please contact  us.
